The bottom is made out of a floaty fabric.

All fabric pieces used for this top are fabric scraps that I collected over the past 2 years. Even foil for foil prints are rests that were too tiny for my pre-order products but too big to throw them away.

to show colors as close as possible to the colors in real life.
