Shipping policy

CURRENTLY NO SHIPPINGS TO USA. (second of April 2025, all orders before will still be shipped <3)

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
Customorders do take more time to make. 4-6 weeks and may take
longer depending on the difficulty of the item. You will get e-mail in case there is any delay.
All orders will be shipped through POST AUSTRIA. If you want me to ship with UPS you have to add a note to your order or contact me right after your order via e-mail to office@carolinski.com (But please keep in mind that UPS is more expensive than my usual delivery service and you have to pay for additional costs. You will get an e-mail with information about the actual shipment costs and about the difference you have to pay. You can still decide if you want UPS shipment or not. Just tell me with an e-mail within 2 weeks. If you don't answer my e-mail, I will ship it with my common shipment service.

In case of shipment of goods in consumer transactions, the risk of loss or damage of the goods shall pass to the consumer only as soon as the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer and different from the carrier. If, however, the consumer has concluded the contract of carriage himself without making use of a choice suggested by us, the risk shall pass as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
